Operation Model
End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
We manage the entire supply chain process to ensure our products reach clients in optimal condition. This includes purchasing the product on an EXW (Ex Works) basis from suppliers, overseeing export and import operations, handling international logistics, and securing all necessary documentation and certifications. Our strategic partnerships with key Chinese authorities and organizations enable us to provide a seamless and hassle-free import experience for our clients.
Importer role
To enhance our market reach, we sometimes act as direct importers. This role helps us facilitate the entry of our products into the Chinese market and connect with local distributors who may not have the capacity or authorization to handle imports. By taking on this role, we expand our distribution network and ensure that Atlantic Bluefin Tuna is accessible across all regions of China.
